PixelPict is developed by Anh Tu Do. You can request deletion from inside the game or by email without reinstalling or opening the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the gallery menu.
  2. If signed in, select Delete account and confirm. An internet connection and a recent sign-in are required. If asked, sign out and sign back in before trying again.
  3. If playing as a guest, select Delete local data to remove local coloring progress and artwork caches on that device.

Account deletion is permanent. Signing out or uninstalling the app is not a request to delete your cloud account.

Request deletion without the app

Email doanhtu07@gmail.com with the subject "PixelPict account deletion".

Include:

  • The email associated with your PixelPict sign-in, including an Apple private relay address if that is what you used.
  • Your sign-in provider: Apple, Google, or Facebook.
  • Whether you want to delete the account and associated data, or are making another data-deletion request.

Where possible, send the request from the address associated with the account. If you cannot access that address, explain this so support can discuss a proportionate verification method. Never send a password, sign-in code, government ID, or full payment-card number.

You do not need to create an account or pay a fee to submit a request. Support may need to verify ownership before deleting data. Requests will be handled within the deadlines required by applicable law, including any permitted extension and notice. Support will confirm the outcome or explain any limitation.

For guest purchases or advertising-provider data, an email address alone may not identify the relevant SDK record. Mention what you want removed so support can help where possible. Device-local progress must be cleared on the device; support cannot remotely wipe it.

What account deletion removes

Once successfully completed, the process removes the active PixelPict account/profile and associated authentication records, cloud coloring progress and hint data, and cloud sync counter. It also requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record and clears progress and artwork caches on the device performing in-app deletion. Email requests do not remotely erase other devices.

What remains

  • A temporary deletion marker: internal account identifiers and deletion-related timestamps. This makes repeat requests safe and blocks stale or in-flight sync writes from restoring deleted progress. It becomes eligible for cleanup 24 hours after the progress purge, once the account is confirmed deleted. Cleanup runs hourly in bounded batches; backlogs or interruptions may delay removal. If deletion is incomplete, the marker stays so deletion can resume safely. It contains no name, email, coloring progress, or purchase history, but remains account-related information while retained. It is not used for marketing or advertising.
  • Apple/Google purchase records: deleting your PixelPict account does not delete a store purchase or issue a refund. Eligible purchases may be restored; doing so can recreate a RevenueCat record.
  • Limited provider logs, backups, and records required for security or law: handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. Independently controlled advertising or store records are not automatically erased by PixelPict account deletion.
  • Support correspondence: information needed to handle your request and follow-up or meet legal obligations.

Deleting local guest data does not automatically delete never-linked anonymous RevenueCat or advertising-provider records. Ask support for assistance with those records.

Read the Privacy Policy for details. Questions or an appeal of a denied privacy request can be sent to doanhtu07@gmail.com.
